Elopements
While I love photographing larger, traditional weddings, it’s always an honor to witness the intimacy of an elopement.
My grandparents eloped in 1941, when “elope” was a dirty word. Their families were skeptical, but spoiler alert: they were married for nearly 70 years, had six children, and over thirty grandchildren!
Eloping is all about having the wedding day that you want. Eloping in North Carolina can mean a private ceremony with just the two of you, or an intimate party with close friends and family. You can elope on top of a mountain in Asheville, in your backyard, or your favorite bar.
It’s Your Day.
My pricing for elopement photography at the Wake County Justice Center or Durham County Courthouse begins at $600 for 60-75 minutes of coverage. I ask $800 if you’re planning to marry on a Friday afternoon at the Wake County Justice Center, due to typical long wait times at the courthouse.
If you’re eloping elsewhere in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, I’d love to provide a custom quote for you.
